Every HoneyFil package is backed by a sixty-day satisfaction promise. This page states what that covers, when the clock starts and how the process runs — in full, rather than compressed into a line under a button.
Sixty days from the purchase date
The window opens the day the order is placed and shuts sixty days later. It does not open on delivery, which is the detail worth knowing: time in transit is counted inside the sixty. A week on the road leaves fifty-three days to make up your mind.
Which packages are covered
All three. Two bottles, three bottles and six bottles carry the same window on identical terms, and nothing about the promise scales with the size of the package.
If the bottle has been used
The promise is about satisfaction, not an unbroken seal. A bottle that was taken and did not suit you is precisely the situation the window exists for. The seller states the terms and the checkout page confirms them at the moment of purchase.
Starting a refund
Contact the seller's US-based support team inside the sixty days, using the details on the order confirmation email. They open the process, confirm what needs returning and say where it goes. This publisher cannot start a refund for you — we hold no order records and no payment details.
Return postage
Getting the product back to the seller is the buyer's cost. Keep the tracking number: a return that cannot be shown to have arrived is a return that is difficult to process.
When the money shows up
Refunds go back to the original payment method once the return has been received and checked. Card issuers then take their own time, usually a few business days, before anything appears on a statement. That final stretch belongs to the bank rather than the seller.
What falls outside the promise
Requests made after the sixtieth day, and anything bought somewhere other than the official store. HoneyFil is not authorised on Amazon, eBay or any other marketplace, and a package bought through one of those listings sits outside the seller's policy altogether.
A parcel that arrives damaged
Email the seller's support with photographs as soon as it lands. Transit damage is handled separately from the satisfaction promise and is usually sorted out faster.
